We need someone with experience in hand-coding web sites and user interfaces in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Someone with a strong opinion about their favorite JavaScript library, someone who cannot stand inconsistency across browsers and is kept up at night by the 1 pixel differences they spotted across a room.
