Simple Design Job

I have an email a friend button on my site www.travelguide.tv/boston. When you click it it pops up a window to enter in some information etc. I need you to change the design so it looks like the main design of my site. The layout needs to change, add a logo, add a border, change colours etc. I also need you to add a logo to the email message and design it so again it looks like my site (html) instead of just text. On the www.travelguide.tv/boston page I have 7 or 8 H1 & H2 tags etc on...
