Wordpress Image Manager

We want to replace Default Image Manager of Wordpress with Image Manager integrated in HTML Editor as it works in many other CMS applications ( Joomla, etc ... ). We're currently using Advanced TinyMCE Editor Plugin for Wordpress, but we can accept any good HTML editor + Image Manager solution that already exists.
