Photo voting system

We need a php voting sysyem to allow people to vote on images we put up our site. 1-You provide us with the software to upload to our site 2-We can upload a number of images (no more then 50, perhaps 6 per page) and remove some if needed, and add more if needed. 3-People who wish to see the images and vote, will be taken by a link from our home page to a registration page (Name, email, street address, phone number) and their registration will go to a mysql database hosted on our server. 4-On...
