Remove List 2 From List 1

Write a program or excel macro that is able to do the following: take in 2 lists. One is the Master list (list 2). The other is an input list (list 1). The program or macro will remove all the words that are in the master list (list 2) from the input list (list 1). Then the resulting list will be put into a new window for saving or editing by the user. The 2 lists have around 60K entries in each with an average of 2-3 words per entry.
