I need a form where the visitor can do a search on the page by clicking on a map of the state of usa then it will list a map of that state then they can select the city. Once they have selected the city it will display the content. There needs to be a control panel where I the seller can log in and post there ad to the specified state, city and the form will bill them through paypal.
