All attendees, by completing a ticket purchase or having a ticket purchased by a third party on their behalf, agree that they will help to encourage a safe and respectful atmosphere at a Find a Tech Job event and be bound by the Find a Tech Job Code of Conduct. Participants must refrain from engaging in illegal activities of any kind, and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during Find a Tech Job events.
Participant data is collected by the organiser when the participant, or authorised agent of a company purchasing the ticket on behalf of the participant, complete the purchase of a ticket for a Find a Tech Job event. This data is stored securely by the organiser of Find a Tech Job and is used to send updates about Find a Tech Job events to the participant and purchaser of tickets via email. Emails providing general updates to participants about Find a Tech Job include links allowing participants to change their mailing preferences, and unsubscribe from future update communications.
We will not share the identification data and contact details of our attendees with the sponsor(s) of each event. In order to apply for roles or communicate with our sponsor(s) attendee's need to personally hand over their data. If attendees would like their data shared they need to email to show explicit consent to share their personal data with the sponsors(s) in question.
Participants will be provided a badge when they enter the Find a Tech Job event. This badge acts as their means of entry into the venue. For security reasons participants must retain the badge at all times during their visit to the events, and may be requested by onsite staff to show this. Failure to present a valid badge may result in ejection from the venue.
Participants further understand that photos and movies may be taken during Find a Tech Job events which may include them. These photos and videos may be used on the Find a Tech Job website and other related websites, social media, streaming websites and related publications. Participants agree that their image and voice may be included on such videos, movies and recordings.
